Our stress balls are custom-made based on your approved specifications, so we have a strict no-return policy for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the approved design, colors, shape, or overall appearance.
Production begins only after you review and approve designs, and a photograph of a finished sample, which accurately represents the final product. Once approved, the order is final and non-returnable for non-defect reasons.
We do accept returns, replacements, or remakes for verifiable manufacturing defects, such as significant structural issues (e.g., seams splitting under normal use, improper filling, or material breakdown) or major material quality problems not evident in the approved sample photo.

To request a return for a defect, contact our customer support within 14 days of receipt with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a detailed description. If approved, we will arrange a return, replacement, or remake at no cost to you (including return shipping where applicable). Returned items must be unused (aside from the defect) and in original packaging if possible.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. This policy may change without notice. Please contact support with questions before purchasing.
